How It Works

Step 1 – Access Your Template

• After filling in your details below, you’ll receive a Canva template link.
• Click “Use template” to create your own editable copy in Canva.
• If you don’t already have a Canva account, you can sign up for free at canva.com

Step 2 – Edit Your Design

• Update text, colours, and logos.
• Add or replace images and icons.
• Save your changes in Canva at any time.

Step 3 – Export Your File

• When your design is ready, export it from Canva as:
• Preferred: PDF file
• If you cannot export a PDF: Upload a PNG (good resolution so we can see your layout) plus each design element separately in High Resolution (logos, icons, or images).

Step 4 – Upload to Us

• After purchase, you’ll receive a link to our Design Submission Form.
• Use this to upload your exported file(s).
• Our design team will place your artwork into our production template and send back a final digital Art Proof for approval before printing.

Tip: PDF Print is always the cleanest option and makes the process faster. PNGs & elements are only needed if PDF is not possible.
