How much do custom matchboxes cost?+
Pricing starts from $130 for 50 Classic Matchboxes, $235 for 50 Long Stem Matchboxes, and $465 for 50 Vintage Matchbooks — all ex-GST, all printed with your artwork. Per-unit pricing improves as quantities go up, and there are no artwork or setup fees.
How long does production take?+
Around 45 days from artwork approval. Every order is made to your design rather than pulled off a shelf, and that's the time it takes to do it properly. If your event is on the calendar, order early — spring and summer dates book out.
My event is sooner than 45 days. Can you rush?+
Often, yes. Rush production is available on request for the Classic and Long Stem matchboxes. Vintage Matchbooks can't be rushed — the fold-over construction doesn't allow it. Get in touch with your date and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
What's the minimum order?+
50 units, on every product. Enough for an intimate wedding or a trial run for your venue, and per-unit pricing improves as quantities go up.
Can I choose the match head colour?+
Yes — custom match head colours are available on all three products. It's a small touch that ties the whole piece to your palette, and it's the detail people photograph.
Do you ship internationally?+
Our focus is Australian orders, but we do hold the licences required to ship matches internationally. If you're outside Australia, get in touch before ordering and we'll confirm delivery to your country.
What if I don't like the proof?+
Then we fix it. Every order includes a digital proof with one amendment before production begins. Nothing is made until you've signed off.
