Step 2: Submit Your Design Details

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to our design form. Here you’ll:

• Upload your logo, artwork, or images

• Choose your preferred matchstick head colour

• For personalised matchbooks, add optional text on the stems

• Include any special requests or design notes

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, and JPG files.

Step 3: Approve Your Digital Mockup

Our designers will prepare a digital mockup of your custom matchboxes so you can see exactly how they’ll look.

• Review the design proof

• Request revisions if needed

• Approve for production when you’re satisfied

We don’t start printing until you’ve approved your mockup.

Step 4: Production & Printing

Once approved, your design is handed over to production. Using premium printing techniques, we bring your custom matchboxes to life.

✔️ Standard pricing includes two-colour print (e.g. a block colour for the box + one for your logo/design). For more colours or specialty finishes like gold foil, metallics, or embossing, contact us for a bespoke quote.
