Each order includes custom-designed matchboxes with printed artwork of your choice and a supply of your chosen colour tipped matches. Customers can select quantities ranging from 50 to 5,000 units directly on the product page.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?

To ensure the best print quality, please submit your artwork in EPS or AI vector format. All fonts should be outlined and images embedded or in high resolution. This helps prevent any formatting issues during production. 
Can I preview the design before it’s printed?

Yes! Once we receive your design, you’ll be sent a digital proof for review. Production only starts after you’ve approved the final design. 
What is the turnaround time for orders?

Standard turnaround times typically range from 45 days for most order sizes.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We hold all required documentation to ship flammable goods around the world.
