Step 3 – Export Your File

When your design is ready, export your artwork as follows:

If designed in Canva (preferred):

SVG file (best results).

If you don’t have Canva Pro, simply share the Canva design link — we can export the SVG using our premium account.

If not designed in Canva:

Vector files preferred: .AI or .PDF (with all layers preserved).

If vector export isn’t possible, upload a high-resolution PDF or PNG so we can accurately reference your layout.

Step 4 – Upload to Our Team

After placing your order, you’ll receive a link to our Design Submission Form.
Upload your exported file(s) there.
We’ll apply your artwork to our production template and send a digital Art Proof for approval before manufacturing begins.

Tip: Supplying a PDF Print file keeps the process smooth and accurate. PNGs and separate elements are only needed if a PDF export isn’t possible.
