How It Works

Step 1 – Access Your Template

Step 3 – Prepare Your File

Once your design is finished, export your file from Canva as:
Preferred: PDF (print-ready format for fastest processing)
Alternative: A PNG (good resolution for layout preview) plus individual high-resolution files for any logos, icons, or images used.

Step 4 – Send Us Your Artwork

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a secure link to our Design Submission Form.
Upload your exported file(s) there.
Our team will apply your design to the official production template and provide you with a digital Art Proof for approval before printing begins.

Tip: Submitting a PDF Print file speeds up the process and ensures the cleanest final result. PNGs and separate elements should only be supplied if a PDF export isn’t possible.
